Vintage. Painted Floral Toleware Lamp Base
This hand painted metal toleware table lamp base was made in Italy for the American market, and dates from the early 1950s.
The condition of the lamp is good, however please be aware as this item is vantage there there are quite a few little chips on the paintwork. The photos give a good indication of this.
There is new wiring on the lamps using white electrical flex, and solid brass lamp fittings, however before use I would advise for this lamp be tested by a qualified electrician.
The lamp base is 48cm tall, and 54cm tall inclusive of the lampholder. The width of the lamp at its base is 18cm, and 36cm at it widest point.
The lamp base is shown with 40cm oval lampshade, which also forms part of this sale.
